Description
David, king of Scots, to his beloved and faithful William Ramsay of Dalhousie knight, [has given? ] all his land of Nether Liberton, except the meadow called King's Meadow, for his service; holding by William and Agnes his spouse, and their lawfully procreated heirs; with bondsmen and bondages, mills and multures, etc. for the service of one archer in the king's need; until he is able to infeft William and Agnes in 40 marklands.
