Description
King Robert I has [given] Gilla Crist mac Imair mac Aeda, for his homage and service, two 'schan-marcatas' [old markates?] of land in Kintyre (ARG), namely the pennyland of 'Arydermede', pennyland of 'Ballostalfis', pennyland of 'Kyllewllane' and the pennyland of 'Seskamousky', to be held by Gilla Crist and by his minor son Gilla Crist and the legitimate bodily heirs of Gilla Crist, and failing this, the heirs of Imair his senior son and the lawful heirs of his body, in feu and heritage, for the service of two archers in his army.
